Mercy and grace .. they are often confused .. although they have similar meanings .. they are simply not the same .. Mercy is deliverance from judgment .. while .. Grace is extending kindness to the unworthy .. what we have to remember .. none of us deserve anything from God .. He does not owe any of us one single thing .. anything good that we experience is a result of His grace .. and Grace .. is simply defined as unmerited favor .. you see .. He favors .. by giving us good things that we do not deserve and that we could never earn .. yes .. rescued from judgment by His mercy .. grace is anything and everything we receive beyond that mercy .. His Word refers to grace as that which He shows on all mankind .. regardless of our spiritual standing before Him .. while .. saving grace .. is the kindness whereby He showers unmerited divine assistance upon us .. haha .. that’s big stuff .. and again .. we must remember .. none of us deserve anything .. yet .. through Jesus .. we receive this mercy and we are delivered from judgement .. so .. instead of judgment .. we receive by grace .. salvation .. forgiveness .. full lives .. and .. an eternity in Heaven .. the most wonderful place imaginable .. and .. it’s all simply because .. of His mercy and grace .. oh yeah .. Love Wins Period
