Friends .. it’s important for us in this life we live .. haha .. to simply .. own our own negative emotions .. that’s right .. we need to accept responsibility for the thoughts that .. have simply .. haha .. redirected our emotions to go south .. oh yes .. we can and most of the time do .. justify why we have a right to be upset .. yet .. the not so funny thing about this .. haha .. is simply .. we gain nothing from this mindset .. oh but friends .. it’s when we can accept that responsibility .. our lives change .. for now .. we blame no one for causing us to feel and act the way we do .. except ourselves .. for the truth is .. it doesn’t matter what happens around us .. nor does it matter .. what anyone says or does .. for simply .. there’s never a reason to be brought down to this level .. and certainly never .. a reason to act on it .. haha .. for yes .. it’s when we starve those negative emotions .. that we’re preserving our joy .. simply because .. haha .. we know that we know that we know .. God don’t like ugly .. no matter which way it’s directed .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
