Adversity – we face it every day, and no – although it’s not God’s ultimate desire for us – without a doubt, there’s a clear message that He uses adversity in our favor – for it’s true – He’s in control over the most adverse of circumstances.
Yet when thinking on this – we’re wrong to presume that He’s in the business of removing our adverse circumstances or reversing the situation that led to the adversity.
On the other hand, as it’s clearly pointed out in His Word – He would much rather see us work our way through it – therefore in return – we’re using the adversity to effect something good in our lives.
Adversity is something that our human nature naturally recoils – but the higher message – we as Believers are to embrace every circumstance He sends or allows – we’re to consider it pure joy in the natural hope that His ultimate purpose for each of our lives – will be fulfilled.
Which in the big picture – gives us much relief – for we know that we know that we know – He only wants what’s good for us – and yes – He will protect us and guide us to that perfect place of peace where He’s patiently waiting for each and everyone of us to arrive.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
“Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us” Romans 5: 3-5
