I’ve learned through the years, and most of the time do my best – to have a positive mindset – for as we all know mindset does indeed matter.
fostering a positive mindset can improve our mental health, boost our physical well-being, and yes – your overall quality of life.
It’s simply about cultivating a habit of seeing the good in every situation and maintaining a hopeful outlook – even in the face of adversity.
No, positive thinking doesn’t mean that we ignore life’s less pleasant situations – it just means that we approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way.
We think the best is going to happen, not the worst.
It often starts with self-talk – self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through our head – these automatic thoughts can be positive or negative.
Some of our self-talk comes from logic and reason, while other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that we create because of lack of attention or expectations due to pre-conceived ideas of what may happen.
If the thoughts that run through our head are mostly negative, our outlook on life is more likely pessimistic – if our thoughts are mostly positive, we’re likely an optimist – basically someone who practices positive thinking.
When we look at the life of Jesus, we can clearly see that positive thinking brings the promise of peace and joy that surpass all understanding – even when facing difficult circumstances.
This joy is not simply a feeling, but a state of being that comes from trusting in God’s faithfulness
Truth
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
“And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him” Hebrews 11:6
