Here we are .. going into 2018 .. a new year with everything happening in a minute .. haha .. and yes .. with this new year .. just as those in the past .. it can and will .. bring a variety of responses .. we may feel a sense of excitement .. and yes .. renewal as we look forward to the coming year .. we may feel like life is spinning out of control .. wondering where the year went .. or yes .. we may feel lost without a clear purpose in life .. you know .. that something .. “to be or to do” .. that makes sense of everything .. no matter .. for the good news is .. regardless of how we feel about the New Year .. we can be one hundred percent assured that God has a plan for us in it .. He has a unique vision .. and yes .. purpose for each one of us .. haha .. and yes .. He wants to bring glory to Himself through our lives .. however .. understanding His vision is far different from the casting of our own .. for yes .. when we make plans .. we want everything laid out .. like a well planned mapped out trip .. we want to know where it started .. where it ended .. where we would stop along the way .. and yes .. exactly how long it would take to go and come .. haha .. the funny thing is that many of us approach our life plans in the same way .. we try to plan out all the details in advance .. and yes .. we want to know all the answers before we begin the journey .. haha .. oh but friends .. the same is not true with God .. for yes .. when He reveals His vision for our lives .. He simply does it .. step by step .. haha .. so yes .. we leave behind 2017 along with the sorrows .. pains .. and yes .. any animosity within us .. for we’re moving on .. we’re committing to Him our hearts and minds .. and yes .. we’re accepting His vision for us .. as it comes .. to yes .. bring glory to Him and only Him .. for yes sweet friends .. He is love .. and yes .. love is all we need .. for yes .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
