We’re barely a month out from the strongest and most devastating storm that’s ever hit our beautiful emerald coast. It came in a short distance to the east of here. Although, progress has absolutely been made, there’s so much more ahead to do. Months will turn into years and we will continue to see remnants of what Michael has done to the neighborhoods and rural areas that we butt up to, and friends, what we simply must not do, is forget. As we get up and go through our daily routines in the unscathed area in which we live, just a short distance away, the struggle is real. Lives have been changed forever. The daily routines have been interrupted, parents are trying to provide some sort of normalcy for their children, people are still missing, and yes, everyone needs to be loved.
The wonderful truth about this, is yes, we are loved by love Himself, for God is love, and yes, love is as critical for our minds and bodies as oxygen, and no, it’s not negotiable. Think about it. The more connected we are, the healthier we will be, both physically, and yes, emotionally. The less connected we are, the more at risk we are, for the massive amount of depression something like this brings.
So yes yes yes, we share His love as we do our best, wherever we are and wherever we can, to help meet the needs of those in need. For we know that we know that we know, He’s the best antidepressant on the market, and yes, it’s One, free for the taking.
Everything seems to boil down to the simple fact, that yes, we must always and forever, let His love shine, for yes, we may be the only love and light someone sees and feels today, for it’s true, always and forever .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
Godspeed Sweet Friends
