I was out yesterday afternoon, like so many, getting ready for Christmas, buying those last minute gifts. I stopped at one point to remind myself, that yes, as we get this for that one, and that for this one, we need to stay mindful not forget to give God one special gift from our heart to His. Something personal that no one else needs to know about. A sacrifice, one that doesn’t cost a penny.
The gift of forgiveness. To truly forgive someone that we have needed to forgive for a long time, for yes, when we give this gift, we’ll soon discover that it’s really a gift to ourselves, for yes, when we release a person from the wrong, we cut a malignant tumor out of our lives. We literally set the prisoner free, and yes, that prisoner is you and I.
So yes, as we’re making our final list, we can check this long overdue gift off, as yes, we move forward in freedom. And yes, it’s simply this simple, that is, if we let it be.
We are loved by love Himself, He loves us big, and no, it doesn’t matter where we are or what we’re doing .. he’ll always be here .. for yes .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
