It takes discipline to be mindful, however the rewards of peace and happiness make it well worth the work.
Negative emotions not only have the power to make us feel bad, but can affect our physical health as well.
The truth is, if we’re serious about becoming more mindful, we have to be determined. There’ll be times when we feel like throwing in the towel, for yes, we’ll face challenges, obstacles and problems.
Oh but if we’re determined, and yes, with God’s help, we’ll get through them as they’re nothing but teachers on our path.
When we make becoming more mindful our main goal, we simply cannot fail.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. haha .. oh yeah .. love wins period
