Valentine’s Day – a celebration of human friendship, and yes, romantic love.
We may have been taught romantic love is different from the love of God or even from God’s love for us. We often think there must be a separation between human desire, sexually expressed, and yes, “agape” a selfless spiritual love.
The truth is, every genuine love is from God. A form of self-giving. It’s not a thing to be exchanged. It’s a gift that brings the giver intimately into another’s life.
Simply put – Love transforms our lives.
And yes, although every love requires sacrifice, love also makes even sacrifice a joy. So, come on now, let’s get up, let’s get out, and yes, let’s spread some love today .. and everyday.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
