This is not to say ignore what is going on – only to trust God to see us all through as we follow the lead of what we already know, and yes, learning that’s good for us all.

With that being said, and moving on to His Word, it’s no surprise that in Psalm 91, we find these words .. “You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, the plague that stalks in the darkness, or the calamity that destroys at noon” while it explains God as our shield and defense. The Bible also declares, “Perfect Love casts out fear,” and yes, that “God is Love.”

God, as infinite Love, surrounds and enfolds each one of us; we can’t get outside of it; there’s nowhere else to go. We literally live, move, breathe and have our being in Him, the atmosphere of divine Love. Therefore, there can be no contamination of anything but good in His all-powerful presence, and yes, we continually seek to establish ourselves there.

In Psalm 91 we read, “If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways”

Further in that Psalm, we are told those angels will protect us, and not even let us stub our toes. We’re assured we’ll be invincible against frightening things and even “trample” them under our feet, subduing them with our God given dominion.

We’re reminded over and over again, that yes, we can call upon Him in our trouble.

The truth is,  none of us know why we’re in this mess, but we can and do believe there’s a way out of it.    We simply need to calm our thoughts, and yes, turn to God – full of love and trust, expecting to receive defense, preservation, and tender care, for yes, we can trust that He is large and in charge, and that disease is not.

When trusting in this, we’ll have the poise needed to clearly hear those angels directing us out of harm’s way. We’ll have the unruffled obedience to respond correctly. We’ll have the calmness to know what we need to do or not need to do.

Meanwhile, we abide under His wing, feeling safely hidden in the refuge of those wonderfully fluffy feathers, convinced that there’s no reason to fear, where infinite, all-powerful Love is present.

We are loved by love Himself.   He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period

Read and memorize Psalm 91 for comfort and grace.

“It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
