We have been given two kinds of thinking – reactive and proactive.
Reactive thinking has no prep work required, We just show up and react to the situation in whatever manner that comes naturally to us – sometimes this works out, however, most of the time, it does not.
Other other hand, by using the proactive approach, we understand, that yes, we must think ahead, and yes, we have to consider our responses before reacting, outside of the heat of the moment.
We have to decide that no matter what’s going on around us – we’re not going to let it change what’s inside of us. For we know, when we overreact to what others do, we’re living outside of what God wants us to do.
So yes, we get up and we take the “proactive thinking” approach, while yes, staying mindful of the fact that He loves us so much, and yes, He has a purpose for everything that happens.
Bottom line, we can one hundred percent trust – no matter how hard a ‘pitch’ life throws, our reaction should always be out of love.
Day Four of our family time – yesterday was a sun filled, pool sitting day – with a puzzle filled, rolling laughter night. Blessed.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes .. love wins period
“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives” Genesis 50:20
