We all want to live a happy, healthy, and yes – a prosperous life.
I believe the key to do so is simply through a happy heart and a joyful mind. Think about it. It’s with our heart that we love, and yes – it’s out of the heart that our mouths speak.
So it must be true. A happy heart is good medicine, and yes – laughter and joy are healing to the soul.
When our heart is weighed down with anxiety, it becomes sick, and it makes our whole body ill. We’ve all felt sorrow along our way, and yes – we’ve all felt the effect it has on our bodies.
Literally at times – it can make it hard to put one foot in front of the other.
Yet, on the other hand – joy and laughter make our body feel light and carefree – sometimes to the point of being downright giddy. It seems that taking a big old dose of joy everyday – literally leads to wellness.
A joyful mind can and will cause healing.
So yes, this seems to be pretty darn good medicine for all of us, all the way around – as we can clearly see, it’s very important to stay mindful of our minds, as well as, mindful of how we think and of how we act.
God knew just what He was doing when He gave us our incredible and powerful minds – He’s smart like that.
Bottom line – It’s a new day dawning. let’s get up, let’s get out and mindfully keep ourselves in the zone – God’s zone. For yes – it’s with a happy heart and a joyful mind, that we’ll make it through the day – and will do this – happier, healthier, and yes, a little bit wiser.
We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes – love wins period
